Signup Starts Wednesday, December 20, at 12:00pm

Al Forno and our chefs, David Reynoso, Phil Niosi and Neil Temkin are excited to announce the early 2018 line-up of Cooking Classes. The classes are held on Saturday from 12:00-3:00 and are $75/person. After approximately two hours in the kitchen, everyone gathers for a celebratory meal of the day's creations. Wine, beer and soft drinks are available for purchase at lunch.

Class menus vary (featuring many regional delights and incorporating local ingredients) and are determined approximately one week in advance. Class size is limited; early sign-up is encouraged.

Due to high demand we ask that you limit your class selection to a maximum of three.

Sign up in person or by calling the restaurant. (401.273.9767)

No email registration, please.

If you must cancel, we ask for as much notice as possible as we typically have lengthy waitlists. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of an Al Forno gift card up until 2 days before the class. Cancelations within 48 hours of the class will not be refunded.

Al Forno Chef and Owner, Johanne Killeen has spent many years visiting wineries in France and Italy. Her explorations have yielded many discoveries that have found their way to the Al Forno wine list. In Provence, Johanne became aquatinted with Alexis Rousset-Rouard and his wonderful Domaine de la Citadelle winery.

Over the years Johanne has developed a close relationship with Alexis and his family and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to invite Alexis to Al Forno to share his craft in Rhode Island. Johanne and Alexis, along with Chef David Reynoso and Bar Manager Kyle Kelly, have assembled a perfectly curated ProvenÁal meal paired with wines from Domaine de la Citadelle.

We invite you to join us to for an evening of food and wine to discover the distinctive culture of Luberon and celebrate the remarkable ethos manifested by the Rousset-Rouard family and their wine.
