Native son, Max Mann, is representing Skurnik Wines and bringing one of the company’s star wine producers, Silvia Vannucci, from her family winery Piaggia

David and Johanne have composed a menu influenced by their trip to Florence where Johanne lived and worked after graduating from RISD. Tuscany is the region she knows best and is delighted to bring the food she loves from Italy to Al Forno.

After a visit to Piazza, Johanne invited Silvia to Providence to pair her distinguished wines with an Al Forno menu. We are delighted Silvia accepted.
